How long does shipping take?

It depends on the product. The Sunset Lamp (single color) and Galaxy Projector ship in 7–12 days. The Sunset Lamp RGB and LED Strip Lights ship in 15–25 days (slower route). Each product page shows its delivery window, and a tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import VAT?

Some items (the Sunset RGB and the LED Strip) ship under a method where import VAT or customs duties may be charged on delivery in certain countries. When that applies, it's noted on the product page. The charge is set by your local customs, not by us.

Do you ship outside EU and UK?

Not yet. We're starting with EU + UK. More countries coming.

Are returns really 30 days no questions?

Yes. Email us with your order number and we process the refund. Return shipping is on you, everything else on us.

Are the products really curated?

We test every product before adding it. Three products live right now. If something doesn't work, it leaves the store.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment partner. That keeps prices low — the trade-off is a slightly longer delivery window, which we show on every product page.

How do I track my order?

Tracking link emailed when your order ships. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send it.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us within 24 hours of ordering at hello@cozenest.com.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale?

Not yet, but write us — we want to hear from you.
