Free shipping on every order
Across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. No minimum. Always.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the product:
- Sunset Lamp (single color) & Galaxy Projector: 7-12 days.
- Sunset Lamp RGB & LED Strip Lights: 15-25 days (slower shipping route).
Each product page shows its delivery window before you buy.
Import VAT & customs
Some items ship under a method where import VAT or customs duties may be charged on delivery in certain countries. When that applies, it's noted on the product page. Any such charge is set by your local customs, not by us.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking link sent to your email the moment it leaves the warehouse. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they ship. Orders placed on weekends are processed from Monday.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it but ask you to cover the cost of the second shipment.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email hello@cozenest.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Countries we don't ship to yet
Currently we only ship within EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Outside this zone? Write us - we'll see what we can do case-by-case.
