By using cozenest.com ("the Store") and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language, not legalese.

1. About us

Cozenest is operated by the legal entity registered at the address shown in our Contact page. Email: hello@cozenest.com.

2. Products

We do our best to describe products accurately and use realistic photos. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product arrives and doesn't match the description, our 30-day return policy applies.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another secure payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of: stock errors, suspected fraud, shipping address we can't fulfill, or any reason that requires us to refund and apologize. Refunds in those cases are processed within 3 business days.

7. Intellectual property

All content on cozenest.com (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us. Don't copy or reproduce without permission.

8. User responsibility

You agree not to use the Store for fraud, harm, or to interfere with its operation. Don't be that person.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Verona, Italy.
