How to start a return

Email hello@cozenest.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and address.

Return shipping

Return shipping cost is on you. Everything else — refund processing, restocking, repackaging — is on us.

Damaged on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number. We replace it for free. No return shipping needed.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. The money may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Used or damaged items returned without prior notice will not be refunded.
